Sarah is a registered Psychologist holding a Honours Degree in Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Bachelor of Social Science and Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education and is a member of the Mental Health Profession Network. Sarah has almost 30 years experience working with women and their families in the area of Parenting and Perinatal Mental Health, holding certification from the Centre of Perinatal Excellence and Centre for Perinatal Psychology. Sarah works with a range of issues impacting the perinatal period, including Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Trauma, PTSD, Bi-polar, ADHD, Spectrum disorder, relationship and adjustment challenges. She is a mother herself of two boys and has a passion for assisting all women and their partners achieve optimal well-being during the perinatal period and a genuine, empathic approach to support parents who have experienced a loss through the grief process. Sarah also has extensive experience with parent/child bond & attachment, infant & child behavioural management and is a facilitator of the International Circle of Security Parenting Program. Utilising a combined approach of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy and Person Centred Therapy, Sarah provides therapeutic intervention and support to women in the perinatal period, with a significant focus on connection, nurturing, self-care and mindfulness approaches.

Fiona is a fully registered Psychologist, having completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) in 2020 at Griffith University. Fiona has a specific interest in the Perinatal and Early Parenting Field, is EMDR trained to assist with reprocessing trauma memories and additionally completed training through the Mental Health Professional Network and Centre For Perinatal Excellence to expand knowledge and skills in this specific area of psychology. She is the mother of 2 children and previously spent over 25 years working in the corporate sector before deciding to pursue her life-long passion of wanting to support people to live happier and healthier lives. Through her genuine, person-centred style, Fiona offers an empathic approach to her role. Clients value her youthful energy and gentle nature, and Fiona enjoys working alongside her clients to help them meet their therapeutic and life goals by using a range of evidence-based therapies. She is deeply passionate about mindfulness, meditation and self-compassion.

Anissa is a Registered psychologist and mother of two boys. She has a passion for supporting families in crisis and her professional background sits at the intersection of three areas that strongly influence family wellbeing: neurodivergence, trauma, and family relationships and adjustment to parenthood. Her experience supporting individuals with ADHD, working with families impacted by trauma within the child protection sector, and contributing to child-inclusive practice provides a unique perspective on the ways emotional regulation, attachment, and family dynamics interact.
This breadth of experience allows Anissa to support individuals and families with a deeper understanding of both developmental and relational factors, while providing practical, compassionate guidance during times of complexity or change.
Anissa holds a Bachelor Of Psychological Science and Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science. She is accredited with the AADCA - ADD Coach Academy - Certified ADHD Coach and has training in Circle Of Security and Triple P parenting courses..

Sharon is a registered Psychologist holding a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours).
Sharon supports parents through the transition into parenthood and early parenting, assisting with adjustment to new roles, building confidence, and navigating the emotional and behavioural needs of young children. She works collaboratively with parents to develop practical, sustainable strategies that strengthen parent–child relationships and promote positive development. Sharon also has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents across a range of emotional, behavioural and developmental presentations.
Sharon works with young people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment difficulties, and social or emotional challenges. She also has experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and works closely with families and key supports to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Sharon adopts a client-centred and developmentally informed approach, tailoring intervention to each individual and family’s needs. She is passionate about building emotional resilience, improving coping skills, and supporting long-term wellbeing.
Her therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology. Sharon places a strong emphasis on practical strategies, collaboration with families, and creating a supportive environment where young people and parents feel understood and empowered.
